VM Pricing (Only available with Standard and Premium Subscriptions): Each Zmanda Client subscription allows up to 5 virtual machines (VMs) running on one physical server. All VMs must have the same operating system as the client subscription purchased. For example, if you have 2 physical machines running 3 Linux and 3 Windows VMs on the first machine and 5 Linux VMs on the second machine, you need to purchase subscription to 1 Zmanda Client for Linux, 1 Zmanda Client for Windows for the first machine and 1 Zmanda Client for Linux for the second machine.
Virtual IPs: If you are using multiple Virtual IP addresses on the same system and need to backup a file system or application based on the Virtual IP address, instead of an underlying static IP address (e.g. because the application may migrate to another system as part of a High Availability Cluster), then each Virtual IP address is considered as a server for licensing purposes. For example, if you would like to backup a Linux system with 3 Oracle Servers each tied to its own Virtual IP address, you will need to purchase subscriptions for 1 Zmanda Client for Linux and 3 Zmanda Agents for Oracle.

VM Pricing: ZRM pricing for virtual machines is the same as for physical machines, one subscription per MySQL server.
